Baked Goods Offered by Sweet Cakes
The baked good choices supplied by this bakery range from cakes and cupcakes to something known as cake in a jar.
Cake in a Jar
Cake in a jar is a unique concept. It features layers of cake in a jar. These jars make excellent Christmas gifts or just a way to say thank you. The cake in a jar is ideal if you want a treat with little mess.
You just grab the cake in the jar and dig in. If you don’t finish it all, you simply put a lid on it and save it for later.
To ensure the freshness of your cake in a jar, Melissa recommends eating it within a few days after you receive it or refrigerating it so it lasts longer.
Signature Cakes
Melissa has an extensive list of signature cakes including her adult-only cakes. The inspiration for these cakes are mixed drinks, and currently she’s asking for suggestions to create more cakes based on cocktails.
On her menu, she has a chocolate cake saturated in Kahlua, vodka, and Bailey’s then filled with French vanilla ice cream. The peaches and cream cake is a white cake packed with fresh Schnapps-soaked peaches and then filled with white chocolate ice cream.
Her chocolate-dipped strawberry cake is a savory chocolate cake stuffed with a fresh strawberry filling and topped with chocolate ganache. Her blackberry cream cake is a butter cake stuffed with a fresh blackberry and cream filling.
The white whisper cake is a white chocolate cake with a filling comprised of french vanilla cream and blueberries. She also offers a pina colada cake, which is a poppy seed cake with french vanilla cream and pina colada.
On the other hand, she offers a marionberry cheesecake, which is a butter cake filled with a marionberry filling and cream cheese.
She has a black forest cake made from a chocolate cake batter with a french vanilla cream and chocolate ganache. The black forest part of the cake is the cherries that give it that hint of tartness.
Her pink champagne cake is a combination of the light taste of pink champagne with a white chocolate cream filling and fresh strawberries. The after-dinner mint cake features a moist chocolate cake with chocolate chunks and chocolate mint.
Rocky road is a bakery rendition of the classic rocky road ice cream. It consists of a chocolate cake with a filling of chocolate, marshmallow, and nuts. If you have a nut allergy or don’t want that type of crunch in your cake, you can specially request for Melissa to hold the nuts.
Her caramel apple cake combines apples in a secret sauce and spice cake with a caramel cream filling while her peanut butter cup cake is a chocolate Grooms cake with whipped peanut butter in the center. Other signature cakes on the menu at this bakery include the following:

An administrative law judge declared Melissa and Aaron discriminated against the couple. The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) advised judges to rule that Melissa pay both women $75,000 a piece for emotional and mental damages.
